What data we collect
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect your name, contact details and any information you choose to share about your booking. When you visit our website, our analytics provider (Google Analytics) collects anonymous technical data such as your browser type, country of origin and pages visited.
Why we use it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, manage your booking, meet Spanish tax and tourism obligations, and improve our website. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep booking data for as long as legally required (up to 6 years for tax reasons). Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted after a maximum of 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, as well as to object to its processing or request portability. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
